Your first visit.

Your physiotherapist takes a thorough history, assesses your movement, strength and pain, and identifies the underlying cause of the problem.

You leave with a clear treatment plan, realistic timeframes, and exercises to start between sessions.
Initial assessments run 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 30 minutes, one-on-one, every session.
